Counselling
I offer a welcoming, down‑to‑earth space for you to talk about what’s going on in your life. Sessions are trauma‑informed, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent‑affirming, with room for all the parts of who you are — including your identities, access needs and day‑to‑day realities.
You don’t have to be in crisis to come to counselling. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, low, anxious, or just not yourself. We can explore things at a pace that feels manageable, and focus on what would make life feel a little more bearable or hopeful for you.
Specialist support for you
I have plenty of experience supporting autistic and learning disabled people, neurodivergent clients, and LGBTQIA+ people in schools, universities and specialist services. Together we can look at how the world impacts you, not just what’s happening inside your head.
Neurodivergent Support
If you are autistic, have ADHD, or live with a neurodivergent profile, therapy can be a space where you don’t have to mask or explain every detail. We can think together about sensory needs, burnout, executive function, social expectations and how to make life feel more sustainable for you.
LGBTQIA+ Identity
A welcoming space to explore who you are, including gender, sexuality, relationships and community. This might mean questioning labels, processing experiences of shame or discrimination, or simply having somewhere you can show up as yourself without judgement.
Anxiety & SEMH
I offer a quiet room to look at anxiety and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs without pressure. We can explore what’s underneath the worry, how it shows up in your body and day‑to‑day life, and find ways of coping that feel realistic for you.
Identity & Relationships
Think about who you are and how you relate to family, friends, partners, school, work and community. This might include boundaries, people‑pleasing, conflict, attachment, or how past experiences shape the way you connect with others now.
